Front Office Hours: Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (typically when you can handle paperwork, billing, or general inquiries).

How do I get a stored or impounded vehicle released?
If your vehicle has been towed to one of our lots, you can speed up the process by filling out the online Vehicle Release form directly on our website.
⚠️ Important Note: If your vehicle was impounded by law enforcement and requires an official police release, you cannot use our online form. You will need to obtain the release from the impounding police department first before visiting our lot.
