Sanders Towing is now offering private property impound services. If you are having parking problems on your residential or commercial property we are here to help.

Private property is any real property owned by a company and or individual. Local law enforcement agencies cannot tow off of private property for parking violations. There have been several changes to the law pertaining to legalized private property impounds. We will be happy to provide you with a copy of the law as well as come and do a presentation on how the program works as well as the peace of mind that you are protecting your property as well as your tenants.

Sanders will come and place the basic legal California Vehicle codes signs at the entrance to your property. Upon removal of a vehicle from your property all charges are at the vehicles owner’s expense. The vehicle owner is charged in accordance to the tow fee that is compatible with the hourly local law enforcement rates.
